By consenting to BMW Remote Diagnosis, you authorise Performance Motors Limited (“PML”), Bayerische Motoren Werke AG (“BMW AG”) and their affiliates and service providers, to access and diagnose your BMW vehicle remotely. This service aims to identify potential issues with, and provide guidance on necessary repairs or maintenance of, your BMW vehicle either without requiring, or in advance of, a physical visit to an authorised BMW service centre.
BMW Remote Diagnosis allows certified BMW technicians to, among others:
This service only applies after you have made a service appointment with your Preferred BMW Service Partner and have given your consent.
This service does not replace physical inspections. Final assessments may require additional diagnosis at an authorised BMW service centre.
