1. About the PML$ Programme

What are PML$?

PML$ are credits issued by Performance Motors. You can use them for the redemption of eligible goods and services through the Sime Motors SG OneGo mobile application (“OneGo App”) and/or at participating Performance Motors locations.

Where can I view my PML$?

Your PML$ balance is displayed within the OneGo App under your account dashboard.


2. Validity & Expiry

How long are my PML$ valid?

Each issuance of PML$ is valid for five (5) years from the date of issuance.

Can expired PML$ be extended or reinstated?

No. Expired PML$ are automatically forfeited and cannot be extended or refunded.

Will I be notified when my PML$ are expiring?

If notifications are enabled in the OneGo App, you may receive reminders. However, you remain solely responsible for checking your PML$ expiry dates in the OneGo App.


3. Using PML$

Where can I use PML$?

You may use PML$ at participating Performance Motors locations and service centres, and for eligible promotions or campaigns indicated within the OneGo App. Unless otherwise stated in writing, 1 PML$ may be applied as a rebate of SGD 1 off the price of eligible goods and services at the point of redemption.

Can I combine PML$ with other payment methods?

Yes. You may use PML$ together with other available payment options in a single transaction, subject to merchant acceptance.

Can PML$ be exchanged for cash?

No. PML$ have no cash value and are not exchangeable for cash.

Can I use the PML$ to purchase BSI?

Yes. You may use PML$ for the purchase of BSI.


4. Transaction History

Where can I view my past transactions?

You can view up to twelve (12) months of transaction history directly in the OneGo App.

Can I request records older than 12 months?

You may contact Customer Care for assistance. Retrieval of older records is not guaranteed and may require processing time.


5. Errors, Missing Credits, or Disputes

What if my PML$ did not credit correctly?

You may contact Customer Care with relevant details such as date/time, location/service centre, registered mobile/email address, transaction or receipt reference, and disputed amount.

How long do I have to dispute a transaction?

All disputes must be filed within 30 days of the transaction date.

Will PML$ be reinstated if fraud is confirmed?

Yes — if Performance Motors determines that the investigation validates the claim. However, value lost due to member negligence (e.g., lost device, compromised account credentials) may not be reinstated.


6. OneGo App

The OneGo App isn’t working properly. What should I do?

Please update the app to the latest version. If issues persist, restart or reinstall the app. Contact Customer Care if needed.

These Terms govern participation in and use of the PML$ Programme (“Programme”) conducted by Performance Motors Limited (“Performance Motors”). By pa

1. DEFINITIONS

  • 1.1 “PML$” means the credits issued by Performance Motors and managed via the OneGo App, which may be used to redeem eligible goods and services as determined by Performance Motors.
  • 1.2 “OneGo App” means the Sime Motors SG OneGo mobile application maintained by the Sime Motors Group of companies in Singapore.
  • 1.3 “Member” means an individual who participates in the Programme and/or uses PML$.

2. PROGRAMME OVERVIEW

  • 2.1 The Programme enables Members to receive, hold and redeem PML$ for eligible goods and services at participating locations/channels, subject to these Terms and any other terms for the specific eligible goods and services.

3. ELIGIBILITY

  • 3.1 Each Member must have a registered and active OneGo App account and must have agreed to the Terms of Use of the OneGo App.
  • 3.2 The eligibility of each Member to participate in the Programme is subject to Performance Motor’s sole discretion.

4. ISSUANCE OF PML$

  • 4.1 PML$ may be issued via promotions, service goodwill, gifts, and other campaigns designated by Performance Motors from time to time.
  • 4.2 The availability, method of issuance, and the redemption value of PML$ will be communicated at the point of issuance.
  • 4.3 Cancellations & Clawback. If a qualifying sale is cancelled or refunded (in whole or part), Performance Motors may reverse or deduct an equivalent amount of PML$ from the Member’s account or invoice the Member for any redeemed value.
  • 4.4 Unless otherwise stated in writing, 1 PML$ may be applied as a rebate of SGD 1 off the price of eligible goods and services at the point of redemption.
  • 4.5 Not Legal Tender / No Cash-out. Unless otherwise stated in writing, PML$ do not constitute legal tender, are non-transferable and non-exchangeable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and have no cash-out or monetary value.
  • 4.6 Performance Motors may determine or vary the conversion and redemption values and eligible use terms of PML$ by updating these Terms from time to time.

5. VALIDITY & EXPIRY OF PML$

  • 5.1 PML$ Expiry: PML$ will expire on the calendar day falling sixty (60) months from the date of issuance. For example, PML$ issued on 10 September 2025 will expire on 9 September 2030.
  • 5.2 Expired PML$: Upon expiry, any unused PML$ will be automatically forfeited and cannot be reinstated, extended, refunded, redeemed or exchanged for cash.
  • 5.3 Notifications: Performance Motors may but shall not be obliged to send reminders for expiring PML$. It shall be the Member’s sole responsibility to monitor PML$ balances and expiry dates in the OneGo App.

6. REDEMPTION & USE OF PML$

  • 6.1 PML$ may be redeemed for eligible goods and services on the OneGo App and/or at participating locations or channels designated by Performance Motors. Eligible uses and any exclusions will be displayed in the OneGo App and/or at the point of redemption or otherwise communicated by Performance Motors.
  • 6.2 Split Payments: Members may combine PML$ with other available payment methods in a single transaction, subject to the merchant’s payment acceptance policies and system availability.
  • 6.3 Cancellations and Reversals: Where a redemption transaction is cancelled or reversed, any reinstatement of PML$ shall be at the sole discretion of Performance Motors and subject to verification of such cancelled or reversed transactions in Performance Motors’ systems. Cash refunds will not be provided for any cancellations or reversals of PML$.
  • 6.4 Pooling of PML$ across different Member accounts is not permitted.

7. TRANSACTION HISTORY

  • 7.1 Members can view up to twelve (12) months of PML$ redemption transaction history within the OneGo App. For records beyond twelve (12) months, Members may contact Customer Care. Availability of older records is not guaranteed and may be subject to processing time.

8. ERRORS, MISSING CREDITS & DISPUTES

  • 8.1 If there are any discrepancies relating to the quantum of PML$, please contact Customer Care with supporting details and documentation (e.g. date/time, location/service centre, registered mobile number/email address, transaction/receipt reference, and disputed amount).
  • 8.2 Dispute Window: Any dispute relating to any transaction must be raised within thirty (30) days of the transaction date. Disputes made after this dispute window shall not be entertained.
  • 8.3 Reinstatement of PML$: Performance Motors will conduct investigations into any reported discrepancies or disputes at its sole discretion. If, after investigation, a claim is found to be valid, the applicable PML$ will be reinstated where determined by Performance Motors to be feasible. Without prejudice to the foregoing, Performance Motors will not reinstate any PML$ lost due to Member negligence, including but not limited to the loss or compromise of devices or account credentials.

9. GENERAL TERMS

  • 9.1 Programme Changes: Performance Motors may amend, suspend, or terminate the Programme and/or these Terms at any time by posting a notice and/or an updated version of these Terms in the OneGo App and/or on Performance Motors’ official website. Continued participation in the Programme and/or use of the PML$ constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
  • 9.2 Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Performance Motors is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the PML$ Programme and/or any redemption thereunder.
  • 9.3 Personal Data: Performance Motors shall collect and use the Member’s personal data for the purposes of conducting the Programme including but not limited to the issuance and redemption of PML$, responding to any queries of the Member and to communicate with the Member on any matter relating to the Programme. By participating in the Programme, the Member consents under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 to the collection and use of his/her personal data for the aforesaid purposes. Performance Motors shall retain the Member’s personal data for the period of the business relationship or for the requisite retention period as stipulated in any contractual arrangements or under any applicable law, whichever is later.
  • 9.4 Each Member further agrees to be bound by the terms of Performance Motors’s privacy policy, as may be amended from time to time. A current version of the privacy policy can be found at https://www.pml-bmw.com.sg/site/privacy-policy.
  • 9.5 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution: These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
