Once you’re logged in to the GetGo app, enter your search details (location, date, time, and duration).
Choose your preferred vehicle, then choose Basic Car Insurance (included) or Collision Damage Waiver for higher coverage.

Arrive up to 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled booking time to check the condition of your car and submit photos via the GetGo app.
You’re all ready to set off on your journey.
Return the car to one of our marked PML x GetGo lots. If another car is parked in the GetGo lot, park at the nearest lot and report it in the app.
End your booking directly through the GetGo app.
Remember to submit photos of the car condition and take all your belongings with you!
